Village of Harrison, Calumet/Outagamie County

To property owners, occupants, or person in charge of any parcel or lot within the Village of Harrison shall cut or remove the accumulation or growth of weeds, grass, brush or other rank offensive vegetation which has grown to a height greater than eight inches on improved land or ten inches on unimproved land. If the person in charge of the property fails to comply with Village ordinance 12-100, the weed commissioner shall have the powers to make the property compliant and charge all costs to the property owner.
